Extremely comfy bed in a double room with complimentary Wi-Fi and Nespresso coffee. The location was brilliant, just a short stroll away from an art gallery. Spent here 1 peaceful day and would stay here again.

We loved location and food of this family-friendly hotel. The room was big with a large bathroom. It was surely a such great stay at the Ercilla property for 7 nights.

Cozy hotel with good wi-fi, the location is fab near by the train station that could have a positive side. Courteous, efficient staff team is at the reception desk.

The hotel of choice in Bilbao. Everything was perfect, I loved my stay. The buffet breakfast had lots of delicacies and was comprehensive. The staff was affable at my request to change. Besides, I was able to park on-site.

I had a very enjoyable stay in a long time. Luxurious and fairly clean hotel, liked it. The restaurant was good with the gastronomic area which afforded me a variety of restaurants, I tried excellent dishes.

There was view missing.

As for me, the area was very strange.

The hotel was an interesting place for enjoying a lovely area, not far from Guggenheim museum, Guggenheim and Fine Arts and main attractions. Everything was great, no complaints, I can recommend it.

Some people working there were not always friendly.

Silent room with lovely bed, lovely breakfast with variety of yummy food. Hotel was fairly clean. A nice beach, gorgeous view. Outdoor bar was amazing and reasonably priced. The pool was brilliant and the garden - lovely.

Reasonably spacious, modest and spotless hotel. Fantastic food for the full English breakfast. The room was reasonably priced. The property staff was terrific! Beautiful gardens on the territory.

Riverside location, within walking distance of a modern art museum. Staff was always available and some of them were charming!

Paid gbp 14 per person for sumptuous breakfast with eggs, cereal, fresh fruit, slices of fresh bread and coffee. The hotel was perfectly located for travelling through Bilbao. The beach nearby was clean and the view was fantastic. What's mote - there was fine internet. Had an unforgettable time...

I appreciated it, location and service were wonderful. Picturesque view, a beautiful balcony, great bed, too. Hotel was perfectly located and had a very bright decor. Besides, the area was very pleasant, next to a main avenue. The restaurant was modern and food was fine. The plunge swimming pool was a delight too.

The staff were knowledgeable, the location was simply perfect. A nice size units with a superb view over cathedral. Just walking distance from the beautiful beach. The bed was good, so we had a perfect 10/10 stay.

The room was luxurious, unbeatable location. I liked that the downstairs bar was neat. The staff were eager to help, always especially nice. Good lobby...

Delicious breakfast and a nice room : that's what we greatly enjoyed. Perfect place for city break. The rooftop bar onsite.

staff was helpful and room was nice. el puertito is located within 300 feet from the hotel. short way from casco viejo.

Bed was comfy, great night sleep. We enjoyed rooms and the food here. Good breakfast for the start of the day;)))
